MUST University has expanded its very thorough Credit Transfer policy to include international testing programs. Now more students with the relevant credits can take advantage of reduced tuition fees and time.
The Credit Transfer program at MUST
University has been expanded to include international testing programs. Now, if
a student has cleared any major internationally accepted testing program, then MUST
University accepts them and awards credits on them. Respective testing programs
from most countries are considered, for example MUST transfers credits based on
some of the major US National Testing Programs including the College-Level Examination
Program (CLEP), Defense Activity for Non-traditional Education Support (DANTES)
and Advanced Placement (AP).
MUST University already had a very comprehensive system in place for credits completed
in other universities. In the existing program, three types of transfers are considered
and awarded to students with credit from other Universities, (1) a current student
at another University wanting to switch to MUST University for the same program,
(2) a student who previously earned some credits in any other university but quit
the program for any reason and (3) a student who has taken some independent course
relevant to their study at MUST. These three types of transfers allow students to
add and transfer all such earned credits to their MUST educational program. MUST’s
students wishing to change their program or major, can easily take advantage of
the MUST course waivers where all relevant courses may be waived in the new program
if that program contains course requirements that the student has already completed
.
The assessment of such credit transfers is absolutely free. MUST is one of the few
international Universities to stream-line and include the credit transfer assessment
and procedure into the admission application form. Here an applicant provides the
complete details of their earned credits and its relevance to their selected program
at MUST. The application is evaluated and earned credits are matched against the
required credits
If applicable, the credits are immediately transferred to the student’s educational
program at MUST. There will be no course fees for courses accepted under the MUST
credit transfer program, only a nominal credit transfer fee will be applicable and
charged for the transference of each approved course credited to the MUST educational
program. This ranges from as little as $55 per credit hour for a Bachelor's Degree
to $150 per credit hour for a Doctorate Degree. Additionally, all students who are
awarded transfers will be required to pass a short online test for all the courses
they have been awarded transfers for.
This credit transfer will not only help reduce tuition fees but also the time for
the completion of the program as students won’t have to study that course
again. And with the expansion of the program to include internationally recognized
tests, more students with the relevant credits can now take advantage of reduced
tuition fees and time
