An educationalist’s job is to co-operate with teachers in a particular institution and to monitor and manager human resource related concerns.. Students are matched to an educationalist that teaches the age group and subject that they plan on teaching themselves. At this initial meeting, the host educationalist will talk about his or her classroom and the expectations he or she has for the experience, and the student and host educationalist will get to know each other. Educationalists often watch how the classroom works, and how the educationalist interacts with the students.
