Scope of Jurist Profession:

In a legal sense, a jurist is a person who has been legally trained and practices law. Jurists handle legal matters out of court, providing legal advice to clients, preparing legal arguments, and so on. They also recognized, in practice, sometimes in the lower courts. In countries where there is a clear division of labour, jurists may advise clients directly. This means that a jurists working with a lawyer, referring to the case at bar, if it becomes apparent that the case goes to court. People who retain legal counsel, as a rule, retain a jurist, with the lawyer on the case only if the lawyer is not required for additional supervision.
