Scope of Manager Profession:

A Manager is a person entrusted with the task of controlling and manager one or several employees or departments to ensure that these staff members or departments performing of assigned duties as required. Depending on the size of the enterprise may be a single, double or triple layer of management involved. In large companies, management is mainly divided into three levels: the top and senior managers, middle and lower management. Lower management includes managers who worked at the base level of business or function. Mid-level management monitors the management of low and generates reports for senior management. Senior and top management typically includes the board of directors and shareholders, who own the company and are responsible for making key decisions affecting the company. Upper management is responsible for the supervision and guidance to business success through strategic long-term solutions. The strategy is based on data analysis and extrapolation of the action plans that address relevant issues while improving the bottom line, where possible.
