Registered nurses (RNS) are a professional who works to function to promote good health and prevent disease. They educate patients and the public about various medical conditions, treat patients and assist in their rehabilitation, as well as provide counselling and psychological support to patients, families. RNS use significant decisions in the provision of a wide range of services. Many registered nurses act as a general duty nurses, which focuses on the general care of patients. They administer medications under the supervision of doctors and to keep track of symptoms and progress. General duty nurses also oversee licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing aides and orderlies.
