Education Philosophy My philosophy as an Educator is that by conveying excellence and provoking intellectual stimulation, which allows me to utilize strategies, aimed to increase knowledge and understanding in the learning environment. In my opinion, despite challenges, learning remains the focus of education. The most effective tool I can use to accomplish this goal is setting a personal example of striving to be consistent, fair, optimistic, and respectful through my teaching. By demonstrating commitment and sharing my clinical expertise, I create a dynamic nursing curriculum that prepares students to practice in a wide array of health care settings. My goals are to instill high practicing and ethical standards, equip each nurse with an error-prevention mindset, and teach the fundamentals of critical-thinking in order to maximize competency and ensure that future nurses exercise good judgment in all of th
